Miss World 1994, the 44th edition of the pageant, was held on 19 November 1994 at the Sun City Entertainment Center in Sun City, South Africa, marking the third consecutive staging in Sun City. Eighty-seven contestants competed. Lisa Hanna of Jamaica crowned Aishwarya Rai of India as Miss World 1994. The event was presented by Richard Steinmetz, Suanne Braun, and Bronson Pinchot and broadcast by E! and SABC.
