Miss World 2010 was the 60th anniversary of the Miss World pageant, held at the Crown of Beauty Theatre in Sanya, China, on 30 October 2010, after Vietnam backed out of hosting. Kaiane Aldorino of Gibraltar crowned Alexandria Mills of the United States as her successor at the end of the event, marking the third Miss World title for the United States.
