Puteri Indonesia 2000 was the 5th Puteri Indonesia pageant. The grand final took place at Teater Tanah Airku, Taman Mini Indonesia Indah, Jakarta, on 2000-06-10. It was hosted by Tantowi Yahya, Sarah Sechan, Venna Melinda, and Susanty Manuhuttu, and attended by Miss Universe 2000 Lara Dutta of India. At the end of the event, Alya Rohali crowned Bernika Irnadianis Ifada of DKI Jakarta 3 as Puteri Indonesia 2000. This was the first edition held after the secession of East Timor from Indonesia.
