Puteri Indonesia 2003 was the 8th edition of the national pageant. The grand final was held on 2003-07-25 at Teater Tanah Airku, Taman Mini Indonesia Indah, Jakarta, hosted by Tantowi Yahya and Alya Rohali, with performances by AB Three, Sherina, and Ratu. Dignitaries in attendance included Culture and Tourism Minister I Gede Ardika, Home Affairs Minister Hari Sabarno, and Miss Universe 2003, Amelia Vega. Dian Khrisna of DKI Jakarta was crowned by Puteri Indonesia 2002, Melanie Putria.
