Puteri Indonesia 2010 was the 15th Puteri Indonesia pageant, themed “Cintai Negeri Melalui Penggunaan dan Penghargaan Karya Anak Bangsa.” The grand final took place on 2010-10-08 at the Assembly Hall of the Jakarta Convention Center, Jakarta, and was broadcast by Indosiar. It was hosted by Choky Sitohang, Nadia Mulya, Rahma Landy, and Zivanna Letisha Siregar, with performances by Christopher Abimanyu, Andra and The BackBone, and the trio Gamaliel, Audrey, Cantika. Attendees included Minister Linda Amalia Sari and Miss Universe 2010 Ximena Navarrete. Nadine Alexandra Dewi Ames (DKI Jakarta) won and later represented Indonesia at Miss Universe 2011; Reisa Kartikasari was 1st runner-up (to Miss International 2011) and Alessandra Khadijah Usman 2nd runner-up (to Miss Asia Pacific World 2011).
