The 2nd edition of Reina Sudamericana was held in November 1992 in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia, with 7 contestants. At the end of the event, Patrícia Maria Franco (Brazil) crowned her successor Francis del Valle Gago (Venezuela) as Reina Sudamericana 1992.
