The 4th edition of Reina Sudamericana was held on 14 de octubre de 1994 in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia, with contestants from 10 countries and territories. At the end of the event, Paola Vintimillas of Ecuador crowned her successor, Noemi González of Paraguay, as Reina Sudamericana 1994.
