The 14th edition of Reina Sudamericana (Reina Hispanoamericana) was held on October 29, 2004 at Hotel Portales in Cochabamba, Bolivia, with contestants from 12 countries and territories. At the end of the event, outgoing queen Cecilia Souza Valarini of Brazil crowned Tania Domanickzy of Paraguay as Reina Sudamericana 2004.
