The 20th edition of Reina Hispanoamericana was held on November 24, 2010 at Fexpocruz in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia, with 22 contestants competing. At the end of the event, Reina Hispanoamericana 2009, Adriana Cristina Vasini Sánchez of Venezuela, crowned her successor, Caroline Gabriela Medina Peschiutta of Venezuela, as Reina Hispanoamericana 2010. The event was broadcast live by the Bolivian television network Unitel and streamed online.
