The 22nd edition of Reina Hispanoamericana was held on October 25, 2012 at the Centro Internacional de Convenciones Santa Cruz in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia, with 22 contestants competing. At the end of the event, Reina Hispanoamericana 2011, Evalina Van Putten of Curaçao, crowned Sarodj Bertin Durocher of Haiti as Reina Hispanoamericana 2012. The event was broadcast live by the Bolivian television network Unitel and streamed online.
