The 26th edition of Reina Hispanoamericana took place on 2016-11-05 at the Centro Internacional de Convenciones Santa Cruz in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia, with 23 contestants competing. At the end of the event, Reina Hispanoamericana 2015 Sofía del Prado Prieto of Spain crowned María Camila Soleibe Alarcón of Colombia as Reina Hispanoamericana 2016. The event was broadcast live by the Bolivian network Unitel.
