Reina Hispanoamericana 2017, the 27th edition, was held on 2017-11-04 at the Salón Sirionó de la Fexpo in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia, with 27 contestants. María Camila Soleibe Alarcón (Reina Hispanoamericana 2016) crowned Teresita Lacsamana Marquez of Filipinas as the winner. Australia and Filipinas, non–Spanish-speaking countries, competed for the first time, with Filipinas taking the title. The event was broadcast live by Red Uno and streamed online.
