The 29th edition of Reina Hispanoamericana was held on 2020-02-08 at the Sirionó Hall of the Fexpo in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia, with 29 contestants. Outgoing queen Nariman Cristina Battikha Yanyi (Venezuela) crowned Regina Peredo Gutiérrez (Mexico) as Reina Hispanoamericana 2019. The event was broadcast live by Bolivian network Red Uno and streamed online.
