The 30th edition of Reina Hispanoamericana was held on 2021-10-30 at Estudio 5 de Red Uno in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia, with 26 contestants. At the end of the event, Reina Hispanoamericana 2019 Regina Peredo Gutiérrez of México crowned Andrea Paola Martínez Bazarte of México as Reina Hispanoamericana 2021. The event was broadcast live by the Bolivian television network Red Uno and streamed online.
