The 32nd edition of Reina Hispanoamericana was held on 28 January 2024 at the Centro de Convenciones Fexpocruz in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia, with 27 contestants. At the end of the event, Arlette Rujel of Peru (Reina Hispanoamericana 2022) crowned her compatriot Maricielo Gamarra of Peru as Reina Hispanoamericana 2023. The event was broadcast live by Red Uno and streamed via Facebook Live and the YouTube channel of Promociones Gloria.
