The 32nd edition of the Reinado Internacional del Café was held on January 11, 2003, in Manizales, Colombia, with 24 contestants from coffee-producing and exporting countries. At the conclusion, Katharina Berndt of Germany, International Coffee Queen 2002, crowned Raquel da Silva Loureiro of Portugal as International Coffee Queen 2003.
