The 38th Reinado Internacional del Café was held on 10 January 2009 in Manizales, Colombia, with 21 contestants from coffee-producing and exporting countries. Outgoing queen Jessica Jordan of Bolivia crowned Alejandra Mesa of Colombia as Reina Internacional del Café 2009. Ana Montabés (Spain) was Vice Queen, and the princesses were Natasha Domínguez (Venezuela), Victoria Fernández (Dominican Republic), and Anelize Garcia (Brazil).
