The 39th edition of the Reinado Internacional del Café was held on January 09, 2010 in Manizales, Colombia. Contestants from 19 coffee-producing and coffee-exporting countries competed for the title. Alejandra Mesa of Colombia, International Coffee Queen 2009, crowned her successor, Mariana Notarangelo of Brazil, as International Coffee Queen 2010.
