Señorita Panamá 1995, the 13th Señorita Panamá pageant and 30th celebration of the Miss Panamá contest, took place in September 1995 at the Teatro Anayansi Centro de Convenciones Atlapa in Panama City, Panama. Sixteen contestants competed, and the event was broadcast live on RPC Televisión. Reyna del Carmen Royo Rivera of Panamá Centro won the title and was crowned by outgoing titleholder Michele Sage.
