Señorita Panamá 1999, the 17th Señorita Panamá pageant and 34th celebration of Miss Panamá, was held at the Atlapa Convention Centre (Teatro Anayansi) in Panama City, Panama, on September 15, 1999. The event, broadcast live on RPC Televisión, featured 12 contestants. Analía Núñez of Chiriquí won the title and was crowned by outgoing queen Yamani Esther Saied Calviño. On the same night, Jessenia Casanova Reyes was named Señorita Panamá World, and Marianela Salazar was selected to represent Panama at Miss Asia Pacific.
