Señorita Panamá 2001 was the 19th Señorita Panamá pageant and the 36th celebration of the Miss Panamá contest, held on August 30, 2001 at the Gran Salón of the Hotel Continental (Riande Continental) in Panama City, Panama. Twelve contestants competed. Justine Pasek of Panamá Centro won and was later crowned Miss Universe 2002. The telecast aired September 10 on RPC Televisión. The Señorita Panamá World 2001 title was awarded the same night to Lourdes Cristina González Montenegro.
