Señorita Panamá 2004, the 22nd Señorita Panamá pageant and 39th celebration of the Miss Panama contest, was held at the National Theatre of Panama in Panama City on September 11, 2004. Broadcast live on RPC Televisión, the event featured 12 contestants. Jessica Rodríguez crowned Rosa María Hernández of Los Santos as the winner. Hernández later competed at Miss Universe 2005 in Bangkok.
