Miss Panamá 2011 was the 45th edition of the Miss Panamá pageant, held at the Atlapa Convention Centre in Panama City, Panama, on 26 May 2011. Twelve contestants competed. Anyolí Ábrego (Señorita Panamá 2010) crowned Sheldry Sáez of Herrera as Miss Panamá Universe, and Paola Vaprio crowned Irene Núñez of Veraguas as Miss Panamá World. Sáez later competed at Miss Universe 2011 in São Paulo, and Núñez at Miss World 2011 in London.
