Miss Panamá 2012 was the 46th Miss Panamá pageant, held at the Riu Plaza Panamá Hotel in Ciudad de Panamá, Panama. The event concluded on March 30, 2012 and was broadcast live on Telemetro. Twelve contestants competed. Reigning titleholders Sheldry Sáez and Irene Núñez crowned Stephanie Vander Werf (Miss Panamá Universe) and Maricely González (Miss Panamá World). Karen Jordán won Miss International Panamá and Ana Lorena Ibáñez won Miss Earth Panamá. Titleholders advanced to Miss Universe 2012, Miss International 2012, and Miss Earth 2012.
