Señorita Panamá 2018, the 52nd edition of the pageant, was held on June 7, 2018 at the Roberto Durán Arena in Panama City. Laura de Sanctis crowned Rosa Montezuma of Comarcas as the new Señorita Panamá. Montezuma went on to represent Panama at Miss Universe 2018 in Bangkok, Thailand. The event was broadcast by Telemetro.
