Señorita Panamá 2019 was the 53rd Señorita Panamá pageant and the fourth edition under director Cesar Anel Rodríguez. Held at the Roberto Durán Arena in Panama City on June 20, 2019, it selected Panama’s representatives to Miss Universe, Miss International, and Miss Grand International. Rosa Montezuma crowned Mehr Eliezer (Isla Flamenco) as Miss Panamá 2019; Betzaida Rodriguez (Los Santos) was named Miss Panama International 2019, and Carmen Drayton (Portobelo) was Miss Panama Grand International 2019. Eliezer competed at Miss Universe 2019, Rodriguez at Miss International 2019, and Drayton finished as 3rd runner-up at Miss Grand International 2019.
