Señorita Panamá 2021 was the 55th edition of the national pageant. Events were held at the Hotel Whyndham Convention Center in Panama City, with preliminaries on November 5 and the final on November 7, 2021. Hosted by Carlos Adyan and Taysha Nurse, with a performance by Diana Villamonte, the competition featured 29 contestants. Brenda Smith Lezama (Panamá Centro) was crowned Señorita Panamá 2021. Additional titles were awarded for 2022: Cecilia Medina (Casco Antiguo) as Miss Supranational Panamá and Katheryn Yejas (Taboga) as Miss Grand Panamá. The event was broadcast by Telemetro.
