Miss Panamá 2023 was the 57th edition of the Miss Panamá pageant, held on 13 September 2023 at the Atlapa Convention Centre in Panama City, Panama. It was the second edition under the renewed Miss Panama Organization, which assumed control in 2022. Solaris Barba crowned Natasha Vargas of Los Santos as the winner (Miss Universe Panama 2023). Vargas later represented Panama at Miss Universe 2023 in El Salvador on 18 November 2023.
