Binibining Pilipinas 1969, the sixth edition of the pageant, was held at the Araneta Coliseum in Lungsod Quezon, Philippines on 13 June 1969. It was the first edition to crown both Binibining Pilipinas and Miss Philippines in a single competition. Charina Zaragoza crowned Gloria Diaz of Maynila as Binibining Pilipinas 1969, while Nenita Ramos crowned Margaret Rose Montinola of Maynila as Miss Philippines 1969. Nelia Sancho was first runner-up and Cynthia Quirino was second runner-up. Thirty-six contestants competed, and the event was hosted by Pepe Pimentel and Boots Anson-Roa.
