Binibining Pilipinas 1992 was the 29th edition of Binibining Pilipinas, held on February 22, 1992 at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City, Philippines, and broadcast by GMA Network. Elizabeth Berroya was crowned Binibining Pilipinas Universe 1992, Jo-Anne Timothea Alivio won Binibining Pilipinas International 1992, and Marina Pura Benipayo won Binibining Pilipinas Maja 1992. This edition also marked the acquisition of the Miss World franchise, creating the Binibining Pilipinas World title, first won by Marilen Espino; due to illness, Espino withdrew from Miss World 1992 and was replaced by Benipayo.
