Binibining Pilipinas 2001 was the 38th edition of the national pageant, held on March 10, 2001 at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City, Philippines. Zorayda Ruth Andam was crowned Binibining Pilipinas Universe 2001, Gilrhea Quinzon won Binibining Pilipinas World 2001, and Maricarl Tolosa won Binibining Pilipinas International 2001. Michelle Reyes and Maricar Balagtas were the first and second runners-up, respectively.
