Femina Miss India 2023, the 59th edition of the pageant, was held on 15 April 2023 at the Indoor Stadium, Khuman Lampak Sports Complex in Imphal, Manipur. Thirty contestants—29 state winners plus one representative for the Union Territories—competed for the title. Sini Shetty crowned Nandini Gupta of Rajasthan as the winner; she will represent India at Miss World 2025. Shreya Poonja of Delhi was first runner-up and Thounaojam Strela Luwang of Manipur was second runner-up. The grand finale marked the first time since 2002 that the pageant was staged outside Mumbai. The event was hosted by Manish Paul and Bhumi Pednekar, featured performances by Kartik Aaryan and Ananya Panday, and was broadcast on Colors TV.
