Nuestra Belleza México 2003 was the 10th edition of the national pageant, held at the Palacio del Arte in Morelia, Michoacán on September 5, 2003. Thirty-eight contestants from across Mexico competed. Rosalva Luna of Sinaloa won and was crowned by outgoing titleholder Marisol González; she later placed in the Top 15 at Miss Universe 2004 in Ecuador. The Nuestra Belleza Mundo México 2003–04 title went to Yessica Ramírez of Baja California, who placed in the Top 15 at Miss World 2004 in China. This edition inaugurated the “Corona al Mérito” recognition and introduced a preselection that chose 20 semifinalists during a televised semifinal in Mexico City.
