Nuestra Belleza México 2004 was the 11th edition, held at Teatro Tangamanga in San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosí, Mexico, on 2004-09-10. Twenty-five contestants competed; Laura Elizondo of Tamaulipas won the national title and was later 3rd runner-up at Miss Universe 2005. The Nuestra Belleza Mundo México 2004 title went to Dafne Molina (Distrito Federal), later 1st runner-up at Miss World 2005 and Miss World Americas. The organization reinforced its “Integral Woman” concept, instituting five special awards (Nuestra Modelo, Nuestro Talento, Nuestra Belleza Internet, Nuestra Belleza en Forma, Reconocimiento Académico) that granted automatic placement into the Top 20. The gala was broadcast live on Canal de las Estrellas and hosted by Silvia Salgado and Ernesto Laguardia, with performances by Aleks Syntek and Luis Fonsi.
