Mexicana Universal 2019 was the 2nd edition of the Mexicana Universal pageant, held at Azteca Estudios in Mexico City, Mexico. The competition used a three-week reality show format with galas on June 9, 16 and a final on June 23, 2019, featuring guest artists La Sonora Santanera, Nadia, Yahir, Reyli Barba, Pablo Montero, Mariana Seoane, Fabulosos 90, and Mau & Ricky. Thirty-one contestants competed; Sofía Aragón of Jalisco won the title and later placed 2nd Runner-up at Miss Universe 2019. Additional titles went to Yuridia Durán of Nayarit (Mexicana Internacional 2020; later competed at Miss International 2022) and Regina Peredo of Puebla (Mexicana Hispanoamericana 2019; later won Reina Hispanoamericana 2019). Miss International 2018, Mariem Velazco of Venezuela, made a special appearance. This was the last edition broadcast by TV Azteca.
