Mexicana Universal 2025, the 6th edition of the pageant, was held on September 4, 2025 at the Hotel Holiday Inn Trade Center in Mexico City, Mexico, with 23 contestants. Montserrat Villalva of Hidalgo won the main title, Mexicana Grand Internacional 2025, and later placed Top 10 at Miss Grand International 2025 in Thailand. Natalia Garibay of Jalisco won Mexicana Internacional 2025 (Top 20 at Miss International 2025 in Japan), Francia Cortés of Nayarit won Mexicana Charm 2025 (Top 5 at Miss Charm 2025 in Vietnam), and Melissa Payró of Yucatán won Mexicana Hispanoamericana 2025 (2nd Runner-up at Reina Hispanoamericana 2026 in Bolivia). The edition marked the organization’s 30th anniversary, introducing new national crowns with pearl details.
