Miss Brasil 1955 was the 2nd edition of Miss Brasil and served as the national qualifier for Miss Universo 1955. Held on 25 June 1955 at the Quitandinha (Palácio Quitandinha) hotel in Petrópolis, Rio de Janeiro, it crowned the Ceará native Emília Correa Lima (Emília Barreto). Sponsored by Cinzano, Companhia América Fabril, Companhia de Fiação e Tecidos Corcovado, Laboratório Leite de Rosas, and Diários e Emissoras Associados, the contest brought together 19 contestants from various Brazilian states.
