Miss Brasil 1973 was the 20th Miss Brasil pageant, held on 22 June 1973 at the Ginásio Presidente Médici in Brasília. Miss Brasil 1972 Rejane Vieira Costa crowned Sandra Mara Ferreira of São Paulo as the winner. She represented Brazil at Miss Universo 1973; the second-placed contestant went to Miss International 1973 and the third-placed to Miss Mundo 1973. The event was broadcast by Rede Tupi, though it did not appear in the network’s listings for Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo that day.
