The fifth edition of Miss Continente Americano was held on 2010-09-18 at the Crystal Palace in Guayaquil, Ecuador. At the end of the event, Lina Marcela Mosquera Ochoa of Colombia, Miss Continente Americano 2009, crowned Giuliana Myriam Zevallos Roncagliolo of Peru as the new winner.
