Miss Costa Rica 2019 was the 64th edition of the national beauty pageant, held on July 19, 2019 at Estudio Marco Picado in San José, Costa Rica, and broadcast by Teletica. At the final gala, Miss Costa Rica 2018 Natalia Carvajal Sánchez crowned Paola Chacón of San José as the winner. The titleholder earned the right to represent Costa Rica at Miss Universe 2019.
