Miss Earth Venezuela 2006 was the second Miss Earth Venezuela pageant, held at Centro Sambil Margarita in Pampatar, Margarita Island, Venezuela on 2006-06-01. Marianne Puglia of Caracas won the title, crowned by Alexandra Braun. Puglia later represented Venezuela at Miss Earth 2006, placing as Miss Fire (3rd runner-up) and winning Best in Swimsuit.
