Miss France 1938 was the 14th election of Miss France, held on 12 July 1938. Annie Garrigues (Miss Pyrénées-Orientales 1937) won the title, succeeding Jacqueline Janet (Miss France 1937). The contest reportedly had 80 contestants. After her victory, Garrigues declared: "I don't want to do cinema or theater!" The jury was presided over by Maurice de Waleffe and included Abel Gance, Jean-Gabriel Domergue, Federico Beltrán Masses, and G.-L. Manuel.
