Miss Grand Australia 2023 was the seventh edition of the pageant, held on July 15, 2023 at the RACV City Club in Melbourne, Victoria. Thirty candidates, selected via an online profile screening from February to March, competed for the title. Mikaela-Rose Fowler, a 28-year-old from Victoria, won, with runners-up Paitin Louise Powell (1st), Brooke Murray (2nd), Selina McCloskey (3rd), and Alecia McCallum (4th). In cooperation with Destiny Rescue, a related charity event was held on June 4 in Brisbane to raise funds to combat child sexual exploitation and human trafficking. Fowler will represent Australia at Miss Grand International 2023 in Vietnam.
