Miss Grand Brazil 2019, the second edition of the national pageant, took place on February 28, 2019, at the Dall'Onder Grande Hotel in Bento Gonçalves, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Directed by CNB Brazil’s Henrique and Marina Fusquine Fontes, the event featured 22 contestants qualified through state contests. Marjorie Marcelle of São Paulo won the crown and later finished as 4th runner-up at Miss Grand International 2019. The final was hosted by Sancler Frantz and Beatrice Fontoura and broadcast by Cartão de Visita (R7) and on Facebook. Miss Grand International president Nawat Itsaragrisil and MGI 2018 Clara Sosa attended; pageant boot camp activities began on February 26.
