Miss Grand Brazil 2023, the 5th edition of the national pageant, was held on 10 June 2023 at the Recanto Cataratas Thermas Resort in Foz do Iguaçu, Paraná. Twenty-eight contestants competed. Adriana Yanca, representing Zona da Mata Mineira, won the title, with the representatives of Pernambuco, Tocantins, Paraná, and Minas Gerais as runners-up. The show was hosted by Juliano Crema and Gabrielle Vilela and broadcast live worldwide on YouTube (GrandTV). The event was originally scheduled for 29 June in Balneário Camboriú, Santa Catarina, but was moved forward to 10 June and relocated to Foz do Iguaçu.
