Miss Grand Paraguay 2023 was the 6th edition of the national pageant. Main events ran from March 28 to April 2, with the grand final on April 2, 2023 at the Paseo Events Center in Asunción. The show was hosted by Lucía Sapena, Fabián Benítez, and Solange Mendez Flores, and broadcast nationwide by Unicanal. Maelia Salcines, representing the Paraguayan Community in USA, won Miss Grand Paraguay 2023 and earned the right to compete at Miss Grand International 2023 in Vietnam. Sharon Capó (Amambay) was crowned Miss Grand Paraguay 2024, and Fabiola Martínez (Villarrica) was named Miss Supranational Paraguay 2023.
