Miss Grand Peru 2023 was the inaugural edition of the Miss Grand Peru pageant, held on June 22, 2023 at the América Televisión Studio in Lima, Peru. Eleven candidates selected via a virtual casting competed, and Luciana Fuster of Callao won the title. The grand final was hosted by María Pía Copello, Mario Hart, and Carlos Vílchez, and was broadcast nationwide on América Televisión’s program “Mande quien mande” as well as via several subscription TV services including Movistar TV, DirecTV, Claro TV, Cablemás, Best Cable, Cable Perú, and Visión Perú.
