Miss Grand Philippines 2024 was the third edition of the national pageant, held on 2024-09-29 at the Newport Performing Arts Theater in Pasay, Metro Manila, Philippines. Nikki de Moura crowned CJ Opiaza of Castillejos, Zambales as Miss Grand Philippines 2024; she later competed at Miss Grand International 2024 in Bangkok, placing 1st runner-up and subsequently assuming the international title after Rachel Gupta’s resignation. Representatives for Universal Woman and Miss Teen International were also selected during the event.
