Miss Grand Spain 2018, the 3rd edition of the national pageant, took place at Cerezo Theater in Carmona, Spain, with activities from 26 June to 1 July and the grand final on 30 June 2018. The crown was initially won by Mariola Partida Angulo (Sevilla) but she was later dethroned; first runner-up Patricia López Verdes (Murcia) assumed the title and served as the replacement for Miss Grand International 2018 in Myanmar. The competition featured 34 entrants and 15 placements.
