Miss Grand Spain 2019 was the 4th edition of the national beauty pageant, held on 6 July 2019 at Hotel Campomar in Arnuero, Cantabria. Ainara de Santamaría of Cantabria won the title. She represented Spain at Miss Grand International 2019 in Venezuela on 25 October, where she placed in the Top 20.
